Shipping & Processing
After your order is complete it normally takes 48-72 hours to process your order and prepare it for the shipment center. If there is a lack of inventory due to high demand in your nearest location, we will ship your order from our large quantity storage center for the purpose of getting your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is packaged and processed please expect 5-12 days to receive your package depending on your location.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. Extra time may be required for larger orders, international orders, and orders requiring additional customer information.

Includes a tracking number and 100% money-back insurance for if your product is lost / damaged / or stolen.
Please give 4-6 days for tracking information to be updated after your order is shipped.
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that, you will be able to track your order by clicking on the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research to ensure that they are legal for importation prior to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.
We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your orders' progress through the mail system. We do not have a reship policy. We do assume that all clients are aware of their own countries' laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries' customs.
