    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

    Our 30 Day Guarantee

      • We give our customers 30 days to try out the LullaBed completely risk free. If you are not satisfied, contact us at support@thelullabed.com for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
      • The cost of your LullaBed™️ will be refunded once the returned bed arrives at our distribution center.
        • We do not cover the cost of return shipping; the customer will need to cover this cost themselves unless they have previously purchased the lifetime warranty.
      • The 30 Day Guarantee does not cover damage; the customer must purchase the Lifetime Warranty for damages covered. Any damaged bed returned without a Lifetime Warranty will not be eligible for a refund.
      • Our Lifetime Warranty does not expire and covers one replacement bed per warranty purchsed.
      • "I bought a LullaBed and the lifetime warranty but I am not satisfied and want to return it for a refund." If you are requesting a refund within 30 days of purchase and have also purchased the lifetime warranty, you are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Email support@thelullabed.com requesting your refund - no explanations necessary - and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. The lifetime warranty is non-refundable.

    Return Policy

    To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days. Our policy lasts for 30 days after a customer has received their order, according to tracking data. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless you have purchased a warranty. 
    2. The product has no signs of damage (caused by you or your pet)
    3. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

    Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

    We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a sellable condition or are damaged and/or product does not meet the criteria mentioned above.

    Orders for which a warranty claim has been made are no longer eligible for a full refund.

    Refund Policy

    We do not credit original Shipping Charges.

    Damaged Items

    If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

    International Shipments

    We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.

    If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we cannot issue you a refund.

    Wrong Address

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to be sure that the correct shipping address is entered. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to customer error including but not limited to reshipping, replacement product, etc.

    How to Return a product (please follow the process below):

    Follow the steps on your packing slip, please fill out either refund or exchange and the reason why, if there's no packing slip for you to sign, you may write the information needed on a piece of paper such as the:

    • Send your parcel back to the address listed below.
    • Once it has been received and inspected by a returns officer, you will receive an email from us with your refund/exchange.- please allow us 5-7 working days for us to finish inspecting. If the product is not in perfect condition or damaged we will not be able to refund you.

    If the return passes inspection we will issue the refund to the account you made the payment through. Payment can take between 4-6 working days. Please note shipping is non-refundable.

    NOTE: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the bed back to our team. We will not reimburse you for the cost of shipping your return.

    If you have not heard from us after 15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of sending your parcel please contact us again and provide us your return receipt with the tracking number and we will happily look into this for you.
